Our 300 single-family homes set in the middle of Washington Park are terraced at elevations up to 1,000 feet, displaying the most iconic views of the city and mountains. Landscaped with an astounding array of vegetation, we are within walking distance of both northwest and downtown. We welcome the hundreds of thousands who frequent our many attractors, including the Oregon Zoo, the Forestry Center, the Children’s Museum, the Japanese Gardens, the Rose Gardens, the Vietnam and Holocaust Memorials.
